Browser vs. mobile app login

You can sign in to shogi via web browser on your desktop or mobile phone, or download the shogi mobile app from your device store. Both methods use the same username and password. Browser sessions expire after a period of inactivity; the app can store your login on your device if you enable "Keep me signed in".

Password and account recovery

If you forget your shogi password, click the recovery link and enter the email address or username associated with your account. We send a secure reset link to your email. Follow the link to create a new password. Do not share recovery emails with anyone.

Session management and timeout

Your shogi session remains active as long as you are using your account. If you leave your session idle for an extended period, the system will log you out automatically as a security measure. Sign in again to resume accessing your markets and account settings.

Multiple devices and sign-out

You can sign in to shogi on multiple devices at the same time. If you sign in on a new device or location, your account remains secure. To sign out from all devices, go to your account settings and select "Sign out everywhere". This is useful if you suspect unauthorized access.
